ATTTENTION:  Students with Food allergies

Due to new guidelines from the South Carolina Department of Education, from the Office of Nutrition and School Food Services, new procedures are needed to address students with food allergies and special dietary needs. The Student Nutrition Department and your child’s school will need medical documentation of the food related allergy and a copy of the allergy action plan in order to accommodate students with food related medical conditions. This new procedure will be implemented for the 2012-2013 school year.
